For over 10 years, Steven Peart Construction has been providing premium building services in Teesdale. We are a small but dedicated team of professionals who want to leave you delighted with our work.
Our business is based on the principle of helping you to achieve the very best job at the very best price, with as little disruption as possible.
We pride ourselves in being slightly different and help all our clients, where necessary, to take their project from conception to completion.
Over the years, we have built up close relationships with architects and trusted local craftsmen, such as electricians, plumbers, heating engineers or kitchen fitters, whom we can also organise for you to help your job go as smoothly as possible. We do not charge for this service, nor do we receive a commission of any kind. We simply do this to help you get the best job at a fair and reasonable cost.
