Example Loft Conversion Project
As part of the refurbishment of River House, we converted the huge attic space to include a large double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and storage space. We replaced a small box room to introduce a new staircase, as well as new Velux windows and highly effective sound insulation.
We opened up the existing hallway on the first floor to add space and light so that the house naturally flows from the entrance to the attic as if the loft room had always been there.
