" We had quite extensive building work done to our house back in the spring of 2021, and we are so glad and forever grateful we chose Steve Peart for all our building and design.
I originally asked him to quote for me back in summer 2020 but, due to heavy workload, he advised he would not be available until spring 2021. I was prepared to wait for Steve rather than try other builders as he was doing such a great job on a good friend's house. Sure enough, he came as promised in spring 2021.
Our building works were very extensive and I was extremely nervous and concerned about making the right choices and design decisions, but I need not have worried. Steve liaised brilliantly with me at every stage of the project, taking my concerns and worries into account, guiding and advising in a very professional manner when I couldn't see the wood for the trees. He is an excellent communicator and always had a calm and reassuring way of dealing with all of the questions I had.
His tradesmen i.e. plumber, carpenter, electrician, and plasterer were exceptional, and I knew I could trust Steve and his team 100 per cent to do a fantastic job for me. He even organised a brilliant decorator at very short notice to paint and decorate my entire house, as mine had a medical emergency.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this exceptional builder. We already loved our home but it was thanks to Steve Peart that we now have a truly wonderful living space for family and friends to gather. One very satisfied customer. "
