Example Barn Conversion
This beautiful, Grade II listed barn in Teesdale offered the opportunity for a stunning conversion into a gorgeous family home. As you can see from the pictures, however, the barn was in a seriously dilapidated state. With patience, care and the skills of our team, we transformed the building, maintaining so many of the beautiful original features and stonework.
This conversion not only honoured the building’s historical roots but also provided all the modern luxuries expected in contemporary living. This project seamlessly integrated heritage and innovation.
We were able to maintain the demands of the planning authorities and the listed status, whilst still tailoring the build to the individual needs of the client.
